Shipping and return policy
Delivery time
All our products are custom-made, carefully assembled, and produced by hand. As a result, the standard delivery time is between 7 and 21 working days after receipt of payment.
If the delivery time is longer (for example, due to a shortage of raw materials or exceptional busy periods), we will inform you in good time.
Shipping methods
We ship our products with reliable transport partners, depending on the size and weight of your order. Large packages are usually delivered via pallet transport. Small parts can be sent via regular parcel services (DPD or PostNL).
Postage costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
For orders within the Netherlands, standard shipping costs usually range between €19.95 and €60, depending on the size.
International shipping
We also ship to Belgium, Germany, France, and other EU countries. The exact costs and delivery time can be requested via our contact form .
Please note: customs costs or import duties for non-EU countries are always at the customer's expense.
Transport insurance & damage
We pack our products carefully. In the event of damage during transport, you must report this to us within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Without this information, we cannot open a file with the carrier.
Undeliverable address or missed delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or absence at the time of delivery, reshipping costs may be charged. Therefore, always ensure you provide a correct and complete delivery address.
Return Policy
At Garagerek.nl, all our products are custom-made and specifically assembled from the order. This means that each item is only assembled once payment has been received.
For this reason, it is not possible to return or exchange products after the order has been confirmed.
Why no return?
Our systems are custom-assembled with specific dimensions and layouts. Once they have been put into production, they cannot be offered again or reused.
Inspection upon delivery
If anything is damaged upon receipt of your order or does not match what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will then work together to find a suitable solution.
